Founder & CEO
Angela Reynolds, Founder of Manage My Humans has over 20 years of Human Resource Management in manufacturing, healthcare, and retail management. Her education includes an AAS in Business Management/Marketing and a BBA in Human Resource Management from Houghton College. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and several small business associations.
Angela’s home base is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She has dedicated her Human Resource knowledge to ensure continuing success and longevity for multiple businesses while gaining valuable experience from a small business perspective.
Randy Pace
Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a dedicated Talent Specialist, Randy is enthusiastic about connecting exceptional people with meaningful career opportunities. With a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning, he specializes in sourcing top-tier candidates, enhancing employer branding, and building strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Our mission is to align talent strategies with business goals to drive long-term success and employee engagement.

Randy has over 20 years of experience with a proven record of identifying, attracting, and retention of high-performing talent across various and diverse industries. He delivers a seamless candidate-to-organization experience while supporting hiring Managers with strategic insights and solutions. He has successfully built and led Teams in aviation operations and retail sectors; and currently holds certifications in Leadership, Development, and Mediation.
Rachel Thayer-Cooney
Business Operations Advisor
With 14 years of experience and a Master’s in Business Administration, Rachel brings a passion for small business and a diverse background across industries such as medical management, group travel, publishing, and business plan consulting. She has developed expertise in data analysis, financial management, and process optimization through roles in operations, marketing, finance, and product. This experience has fueled her commitment to creating seamless, efficient business operations.
As Business Operations Advisor to Manage My Humans, Rachel establishes and optimizes internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness so the company can better serve clients. Using a data-driven approach, she establishes sound business practices that drive long-term growth and success.
